  • ¾ cup barista style oat milk (gluten-free)
  • 2 tbs dark chocolate
  • ½ - 1 tsp sugar (or sweetener of choice, to preference)
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract/flavour
  • 1/3 cup hot strong brewed coffee


  1. Heat milk until steaming, but do not boil. Add dark chocolate and whisk until the chocolate has melted and has properly dissolved. Mix in sugar and peppermint extract.
  2. Add hot coffee to a mug followed by the peppermint-chocolate-milk mixture. Use a milk frother for foam.
