4-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies

4 ingredients only and ready in 20 minutes start to finish! It doesn't get easier than this! Enjoy these healthy banana oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookies. Extremely easy to put together, in 5 minutes only. Grab a cookie to-go or enjoy it as a dessert or a sweet breakfast side. These cookies are also a great meal prep option. Keep refrigerated in an air tight container.

  • 2 bananas
  • 1½ cups gluten-free oats
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350º F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients until well combined.
  3. Scoop a chunk of the mixture and form a bulky cookie. Place the cookie on the baking tray and gently press down on it to lightly flatten it further. These cookies won’t flatten or spread out into the perfect round cookie shape while baking. If needed, shape them to preference at this stage.
  4. Follow the same process until the mixture is over. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow cookies to cool down completely before serving.
