Ingredients

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp hot water

1 cup cold or hot milk of choice

1/4 - 1/2 tsp pink pitaya powder

Dark chocolate to garnish

Equipment Needed

Electric beater or milk frother

Instructions
  1. Using an electric beater or milk frother, beat instant coffee, sugar and hot water for 5 minutes or until you have consistent and light coffee foam. Set aside.
  2. Whisk or beat pink pitaya powder into milk until well combined. The power will dissolve easier into hot milk. Strain milk into a fresh glass to avoid any pink pitaya granules that may have formed. Leave enough room on top to add coffee foam.
  3. Add coffee foam to the milk. The foam will float on top. (Optional) sprinkle/grate some dark chocolate over the coffee foam
  4. Enjoy as is or stir coffee foam into the milk until well combined before sipping.
